And I do love the classic egg carton as a sorter-very clever!
You make me want to break out all my beads but that would require me to unpack and I can’t do that until I get to Vancouver!

Gorgeous. Tell me Kelli, is there a craft you can’t do beautifully? I’m going to start calling you Queen Midas, as everything you touch turns to gold. πŸ™‚

ps. If you can figure out the clasps, can you let me know? The clasps on my jewelry make it look like a 5-year-old got into my beading. Sad but true. (That’s why I stick to earrings.)

  12. Oh I love it!!! Very New Mexican:):) And the bead organizer is tres chic:):)

  13. It’s looking great Kelli! I know a little about clasps. If you still need help please let me know πŸ™‚

  19. Your necklace is turning out to be a beautiful piece of jewelry! And the egg carton reminds me of playing Mancala as a kid at school. (We used egg cartons and dried pinto beans.)

That’s really pretty. I like the concept of jewelery making but I’m not one for making things…well at least bead wise…but give me a candy necklace to construct for the Princess herself and I am up there with Cartier! Thanks for your sweet comment…it was quite possibly the nicest thing I’ve heard (read) this week and it was just Monday!

  30. So pretty! And I also love the egg carton idea.

  31. Oh I love them! Are you going to wear them all at once? Ala Southwestern Mr. T style? I think that would be a good look! πŸ˜‰ I love your beading tray! I use my old muffin tins all the time like that.

  32. You did such a nice job with those beads!! I need ideas. I have a chunk of turquoise and a boatload of hawaiian seed beads that need fancy homes like that.
